Kalstone Legal is launching in Q4 2026 – a new kind of commercial debt recovery firm combining cutting-edge legal tech with an entrepreneurial, high-performance team.
We’re looking for an experienced Solicitor who wants more than just another caseload — someone who wants to take ownership, shape processes, and be part of a firm built for growth from day one. Dependent on your experience, this role offers you the potential to step into a Head of Legal Practice position.
The Role
- Manage commercial debt recovery matters from pre-action to enforcement
- Advise clients on strategy, risk, and recovery options
- Draft and run claims, negotiate settlements, and (where required) attend hearings
- Work closely with clients, agents, and stakeholders
- Help shape how we deliver legal services using our bespoke tech
About you
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Experience in debt recovery or civil litigation
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE with experience of supervising paralegals and solicitors
- Commercially minded, organised, and confident dealing with clients
- Keen to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
